AVICEL® GP 3564 is a cellulose based stabilizer composed of microcrystalline cellulose (Cellulose gel) (E460) and cellulose gum (E466). AVICEL® GP 3564 is designed for dairy and non-dairy beverages. AVICEL® GP 3564 provides Excellent emulsion stability, thixotropic rheology, improved cling, improved body/mouthfeel in fat reduced recipes, opacity, high shear is necessary to activate.
