PARALOID K-120N processing aid is an acrylic polymer in lower-dusting, free-flowing powder form that improves the melt processing characteristics of rigid and plasticized Vinyl compounds. The processing of rigid Vinyl compounds based on high-molecular weight homopolymer resin is extremely difficult. Surface imperfections, such as air streaks or melt fractures, are frequently encountered in calendered and extruded rigid Vinyl materials.
