Bubond 357 is a novel organic stain-blocking agent in liquid form. It is used in coatings that are applied over staining woods such as cedar and redwood. By preventing wood extractives from bleeding through the paint films, Bubond 357 reduces discoloration commonly known as “tannin staining”.
