HALS based UV stabilizer. Specialty plastics used in demanding conditions require specific stabilization solutions that enable customers to meet industry performance requirements. Solvay develops HALS-based additive solutions that provide outstanding UV light resistance in all applications, as well as additional benefits such as agrochemical and heat resistance in greenhouse films and low fogging in automotive parts. A400 provides excellent UV protection to mulch film and greenhouse film covers (to 2+ yrs service) in the presence of aggressive pesticides and fumigants. Improves thermal stability during film processing and at greenhouse supports during service. Affords films with high transparency to enhance crop yield and improve quality, e.g., petal color. Compatible with UV absorbers and with mulch pigments. Free flowing, low dusting granules for safe and easy handling
