Delvo®Pro Lafti L26 is a concentrated probiotic bacteria for direct inoculation in dairy and food applications. Delvo®Pro L26 is an adjunct that does not contain acidifying strains. It ised for the production of probiotic dairy products (yogurt, drinking yogurt, and ice cream). It is the best Lactobacillus paracasei strain available, but it is not recommended as a stand-alone fermentation culture. Originally isolated from infant intestinal flora shows a cell count increase during the shelf life of fermented milk products.
