Our efforts in this area have been rewarded by the award in 2022 of the Platinum label from EcoVadis®, the leader in CSR performance assessment, whose main criteria are social and environmental practices, business ethics and responsible purchasing. This excellent result places us among the top 1% of companies in the chemical sector in terms of CSR performance.
Environment
IMCD France is committed to reducing its carbon footprint through the integration of sustainable practices within its organization. Thanks to our Sustainability Solutions program, we also encourage the use of sustainable and innovative solutions for our customers, to reduce the environmental impact of their activities.
We also support projects that fight for the protection of the environment: participation in clean-up operations or the launch of a tree-planting campaign, as well as the implementation of our annual Challenge Engagé, aimed at all our employees and dedicated to climate protection.
Education and Diversity
The key to a better world is also access to education and employment for all. At IMCD France we are fortunate to have a good number of qualified employees among out staff.
We are proud to help charities that do great work in the field and fight for better access to education and employability of young people but also for the place of women in the scientific world.
Since 2021 we support:
NQT (Nos Quartiers ont du Talent)
NQT promotes the
professional integration of young graduates in priority education areas,
notably through a mentoring program in which some of our employees participate.
These actions contribute to the fight against unemployment and the economic
development of these areas
Health and Well being
IMCD France contributes to the United Nations' sustainable development goal of ensuring a healthy life and well-being at all ages.
