BYK-W 961

BYK W 961 is an anti-settling additive that prevents settling in ambient curing resin systems. Specifically formulated for mineral-filled PU systems, BYK W 961 provides uniform dispersion of fillers and pigments. The propylene glycol solvent allows for easy incorporation and processing. As an alkyl ammonium salt of polycarboxylic acid, BYK W 961 cross-links with isocyanates during curing. Recommended addition levels of 0.5-1.5% based on filler loading optimize performance for applications. BYK W 961 ensures long-term stability, color consistency and improved mechanical properties.
