BYK-4510

BYK 4510 is an adhesion promoter that improves adhesion on metal substrates like steel and galvanized steel. It is a solution of a copolymer with acidic groups. BYK 4510 provides good compatibility with most resins and offers good heat resistance up to 280°C for short periods. It has no or only insignificant influence on key properties like hardness, flexibility and curing time. Nor does it have any negative influence on long-term weather resistance or storage stability of coatings. BYK 4510 is well-suited for applications that require durable bonding and coating performance on metal surfaces.
