BYK-356

BYK 356 is a solvent-free polyacrylate surface additive that improves leveling in various formulations. BYK 356 provides anti-cratering and excellent leveling properties to extend the open time and improve appearance of applied surfaces. It reduces surface tension to a slight extent and does not impair recoatability or intercoat adhesion. BYK 356 can be incorporated during any stage of production process, including post-addition. It increases gloss and produces a long wave effect in coatings. BYK 356 is thermally stable up to approximately 240°C and suitable for high-temperature applications. BYK 356 additive enables uniform film formation for a smooth appearance with minimized imperfections.
