AVANSTATIC-TPU MB

avanSTATIC-TPU MB is a powerful antistatic agent, presented as a Masterbatch, ready to be used. Based on the use of functionalized SiO2 and nano-particles, the product is specially designed to generate not only antistatic systems but also ESD in TPU, and it can be used incolored formulations. On the other hand, avanSTATIC-TPU MB does not alter TPU original feature s(shore, bending module, traction, etc.) and it is good for white and even slightly translucent formulations.These features make avanSTATIC-TPU MB a very interesting product to be applied in any type of TPU. It is produced as a TPU Masterbatch that can be formulated using different TPU bases and can be added directly or be mixed with othercomponents in the TPU production process and it is good for both extrusion and injection methods.
