AQUACER 506

AQUACER 506 is an emulsion based on a HD polyethylene wax that improves surface properties. AQUACER 506 provides benefits for applications requiring buffability, filling capacity and anti-slip effects. It can be mixed with polymers at a ratio of 3:1 to generate these properties. At a 1:6 ratio, it increases water- and alcohol-resistance, protection against repeated traffic as well as dirt-repellency. AQUACER 506 is compatible with all known dispersions and plasticizers. It is recommended for formulations where these performance characteristics are required. AQUACER 506 can be incorporated at 5-10% as supplied into total formulations.
